The first meeting
It is natural to hesitate or feel uneasy before a first meeting. The first meeting is a chance to get to know each other, with no commitment. We talk about what brought you and what matters to you, and decide together whether and how to continue. You decide how much to share.

How often do we meet, and how long does therapy last?
Usually once a week. How long therapy lasts depends on your needs and is decided together with you. to confirm with Natalia (to fill)
Will what I say stay confidential?
Yes. Psychologists are bound by law and by their code of ethics to keep confidentiality. The only exceptions are situations where the law requires reporting, such as a real danger to life. If this is relevant, Natalia will explain it at the first meeting.
