Data collected when you browse

The website itself does not ask for your details and does not store cookies. Like any website, the hosting server (Hostinger) technically logs basic access data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation only. We do not use this data to identify visitors or for advertising.

Booking appointments

When you book, you are taken to Calmark, run by a third party under its own privacy policy. We ask only for your name, phone number and treatment type, to manage the appointment and send a confirmation and a reminder. Please do not write anything about your physical or mental health in the booking system.

Contacting us by phone, email or WhatsApp

If you contact us, we use your details only to reply. We recommend not sending sensitive details through these channels, and keeping them for the session itself.

Confidentiality of therapy

Anything shared during psychological therapy is kept confidential under the Israeli Psychologists Law, the Patient's Rights Law and professional ethics, and is unrelated to this website.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We never sell, rent or pass personal data to others for marketing.

Your rights
